No referral promises. Fees are for marketing, recruiting, training, coaching, lead generation and CRM services actually provided. No payment is made or accepted for the referral of settlement-service business. Consumers keep their independent choice of real estate agent and mortgage lender, and participation in the program is never conditioned on referrals.
